Alleycat DC Welder Generators

Manufactured by SIP using Honda engines, the Professional Alleycat DC range of welding generators has been designed to provide mobile welding and AC power solutions for a wide range of applications. The DC welding output allows the use of specialist electrodes for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. All Alleycats include auxiliary power outputs for greater versatility for use as a stand-alone generator. Low oil shutdown is fitted as standard on all petrol models to reduce the chance of serious engine damage due to insufficient lubrication. The Honda petrol engines have hot spark electronic ignition and offer extended engine life, excellent fuel economy and reduced oil consumption. The engines have an inclined cylinder and counter balance shaft to reduce engine vibration to an absolute minimum and ensure the smoothest possible running. The welder has multiple welding power outputs to allow easy welding output adjustment.

Weldmate I500W

The Weldmate I500W has a special full vortex transformer design that allows it to handle standard and specialist electrodes using its single 80 volt OCV output. With 500 amp welding power the I500W is capable of using up to 8mm welding electrodes. The transformer in this powerful machine is unique with full vortex, copper windings and turbo cooling to enable greater and smoother output for extended working periods.
